Private MindBodyGut Detox Engagements

The private MindBodyGut Detox Engagements are meant to serve clients 1:1 over 30 days. The purpose of these engagements is to go deep with clients to open up a deeper connection to oneself and create more vitality with any intention and goals they want to achieve.

The in person engagements will center around a Gut Detox protocol and leveraging a Sauna Blanket with breathwork to combine body and gut reset protocols to fully unlock the mind, body and gut connection.
